2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documents and materials in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled counseling sessions and meetings
• Follow the guidance and recommendations provided
• Pay service fees as agreed upon
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
• Respect our counselors and staff

3. Service Fees and Payment

• The initial consultation is free of charge
• Service fees will be clearly communicated before engagement
• Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the service agreement
• Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise specified
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed scope
• We do not charge any commission from educational institutions

4. Scope and Limitations

We provide guidance and support, but:

• We cannot guarantee admission to any specific institution
• We cannot guarantee scholarship or loan approval
• Admission decisions are made solely by educational institutions
• We are not responsible for changes in admission policies or requirements
• We do not make decisions on behalf of clients - final choices remain with you
• Success depends on multiple factors including client's qualifications and effort

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Information will only be shared with third parties (such as educational institutions) with your explicit consent or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel services with written notice
• Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on services already provided
• No refund will be provided for completed services
• If we are unable to provide services, a full refund will be issued
• Specific refund terms will be outlined in the service agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided by Pratiksha Consultancy remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for admission rejections by educational institutions
• We are not responsible for changes in immigration or visa policies
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
• We do not warrant that our services will meet all your expectations

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client provides false information, engages in unethical behavior, fails to make agreed payments, or violates these terms and conditions.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
